If I'm not mistaken, you can not connect the MN1A7T0200 to ARM. Some of us looked at this a while back and I don't think this chip uses one of ARM's cores. If you are cross referencing though, the ARM 926EJ-S and the 1026EJ-s cores are used by Toshiba, Fujitsu, LSI, Samsung, STM and others... Goodluck!
