I have posted numerous times in the past asking why ARM never answered to this apparent '336 infringement accusation (only answering to the '584).. and why TPL/TTC never pursued this apparent direct accusation of the '336??

In fact, if memory serves, there are two other ARM '336 accusations, including an ARM core in a Toshiba chip family.... 

I could only presume that there has been or is a strategic reason for this... perhaps a very big stick.. or carrot?
