Do you expect us to believe that you are not the least bit concerned about the "strategic" nature of this deal with all of its implications going forward? Was it at the expense of Patriot value or was it not? You must either have had a satisfactory answer from some other source or you would be daft to ignore such a dynamic. You have got a lot to learn about the market if you don't understand that expectations of settlement amounts are key to share price with this stock.
