Then why get involved in the conversation in first place if you have nothing to add?  My question is legitimate and sincere and is not to foster suspicion here.  Just the opposite would happen if light were to be shed on the nature of the "strategic reasons" given for a low settlement amount for Sony.  This lingering unanswered question is not the inconsequential non-issue you make it out to be at all imo.
