IMO, if ARM attempted to gain control of MMP by buyingout TPL's interest in the MMP or by purchasing TPL outright along with their half of the MMP, and PTSC's ownership of the MMP was not taken into consideration.. PTSC would retain their half of the MMP, for all practicle purposes, making the MMP worthless, since the two sides would have to bid against each other to sell MMP licenses...  TPL would never realize the capitol in that situation (nor IMO would ARM beable to recoup that expense), compared to the current and future situation to ever make it a consideration...
