Using the umbrella concept introduced by Pohl, becoming a holding corporation would work nicely.  Paying out dividends allows the long investor to realize a nice revenue stream, while our team expands our holdings to such a point we can apply for Nasdaq.  While this may take longer than many had hoped, it is a steady march towards an obtainable goal.  Can you imagine interest in 10 to 20 companies?  While MMP signings continue at a regular pace.  Could be incredible.

On a different note: I hear Ron telling us there is no pressure to settle.  J2 J3 can wait.  But having your lawyers contending with the filings does take time and money.  And isn’t it distracting from their business?   I don’t see the Japanese as companies who drag things out when they know they are going to settle.  It is better for their business plan to settle and move on quickly to the next money making opportunity.  Kicking this around to the Markman made sense because it would help them see if they could win.   I think they have more honor than those who drag things on just because they can. 

I do believe we have things lining up for that perfect storm, you know, where our new CEO can make a really big splash.  A really big name for himself in the industry where he has spent his life.  I hope there are many wishing Turley the best of luck.
