You are baffling me. You say this should be called a "pumper forum", not a discussion forum. This implies that even you consider your post the opposite of a "pump" (and that would be...?). You say "I'm not being negative". Perhaps not with regard to your gap theory, on the surface.

You say you are watching L2 and all, observing the trading action. Then you say "There isn't a demand for this stock". In 2.5 hours, we've traded 750+ shares, on a Friday, and have rebounded 2.5 cents. No demand? While this isn't huge volume, and isn't a move up, it hardly indicates that there is no demand.

And you say and the PPS will suffer till we get news. Like the gap theory, this is a scare tactic IMO. While out of one side of you mouth you say "I am not flipping Patriot. I am afraid that an announcement will take place.", out of the other side comes these comments about how we are destined to suffer (suggesting to the casual reader that perhaps they should sell until we get news). Self -fulfilling prophecy?

And I seriously doubt that yesterday's PR out of TPL is a "fluff" PR. First, it came from TPL, a private company (i.e., what do they have to gain in the way of "fluff"?). I believe that virtually every PR out of TPL, and PTSC for that matter, is for a purpose. And a suggestion of "fluff" regarding a company that is so tight-mouthed is a poser.

All JMHO. Is this the "discussion" you were looking for?
