Your positive posts don't upset me at all. 

However, there are obviously risks and negatives associated with this company (as reflected in the SP).  I think it's important to analyze them as it's an important part of our DD.  

I guess some tend to dwell or stuck in the negative and other get stuck in the positive. 

Most analysts would agree that you've got to look at the negatives and the positives.
