I can't believe you made across the board changes to ALL of your Agoracom boards without some advance testing. <> "Very soon" is not a very reassuring term. <> And, "will continue to do so over the weeks and months ahead&quot; is even less assuring. Having been in package goods marketing for years, I can tell you that the best way to lose "customers&quot; is to introduce a "new and improved&quot; product that is not ready for the marketplace. The Agoracam PTSC board was, IMO, and hopefully will continue to be the best board of its kind in the world - I just hope you have not done it irreparable damage, and that you can remedy these problem immediately.
