I can't believe you made across the board changes to ALL of your Agoracom boards without some advance testing.

“The 'next' and 'previous' button will be reactivated very soon. “

"Very soon" is not a very reassuring term.

“We've been tweaking the site, ironing out the bugs, and will continue to do so over the weeks and months ahead.”

And, "will continue to do so over the weeks and months ahead" is even less assuring.

Having been in package goods marketing for years, I can tell you that the best way to lose "customers" is to introduce a "new and improved" product that is not ready for the marketplace.

The Agoracam PTSC board was, IMO, and hopefully will continue to be the best board of its kind in the world - I just hope you have not done it irreparable damage, and that you can remedy these problem immediately.
