Well that is the million dollar question we all want the answer too, and should have by I believe August 26th which is 60 days after the non-final-action was filed. IMVHO, I am not that alarmed by this filing. I personally believe this is the USPTO's way of saying that they are going to thouroughly perform their DD and hear both sides prior to making a ruling. I am not saying that we are going to win, but if we do, than our patent is rock solid and that is a good thing. I want ARM.....in a bad way! Good luck to us! GLTAL
