Thank You - that's the best explanation I've read - rather obvious but probably the most accurate. Pohl and Swartz probably anticipated that retail's desire to buy would counteract S&L's selling. Maybe even thought they were going onward and upward from $2.20. They probably saw all this potential and unfortunately investors saw it as another penny pump and dump - investor's attitude toward's the stock has spiraled downward since due to lack of communication and the lack of a marketing campaign (which was all out of their control).
