Wolf, very timely. I was just going to post the following message to Ease.

Not going to do any additional prior art reviewing, but in looking over all the other prior art patents, I must say that almost all looked obvious to me. If the 336 is obvious though, what does that say about Ledzius? Check for the slowest path and adjust speed of the CPU to something less than the slowest path.  Logical? Obvious?  I think reading all those other patents certainly puts the 336 in a different perspective in my mind. Have to wonder if examiners would see it the same way. Opty
