I've said this before , but what if TPL files suit in Texas for severl hundered companies all at once right now. The new law would not apply after the fact. WE could ask the court to make the cases one after the other. Texas court would still have a job for several years to come and we could beat out the new law because we are ready. The only problem is having time to identiy each and every chip for all the companies. But I bet , being in our favor, that we would have to suck it up and do it now.
