evolution - I don't remember stating that this group wasn't behind Pubhat, nontheless the list of signees supporting the Leahy/Hatch bill read like a list of infringers trying to circumvent their responsibility to license someone else's technology.  They'd rather steal it, and let any legal matter be tied up in the court system for years.  This is a real sham... they feign fairness while trying to legalize  their theft.  Disgusting.  I'm ashamed of Leahy and surprised Hatch, a supposed conservative, would support such trash.
