SGE that be me. I noticed that ARM is now listed as defendants on all Pacer docs as of I believe June 27th. As Ron replied they have been defendants since they intervened on behalf of the J3. I just thought it was weird that it took the court so long to add them to docs. Sorry for shortness, sitting on beach using blackberry. Nice night tonight. GLTAL
