OT..I am laughing because I have the same problem....which I am about to cure.

I have the wife up in Franklin N.C. where we own land...she is the design part of the family, so she is talking to a couple of buliders.

Very best of luck to you, your family and your roses (blood meal..bone meal and magnesium sulfate...seems to work for us).
