Check out the Townsend Townsend and Crew Website. They speak of First Mover Discounts as a Licensing Strategy so THAT is where all this came from NOT TPL.......our Attorney's.

I do NOT think the SONY, INTEL agreements will have ANY bearing what so ever on the J2.5 and ARM settlements.

SONY was strategic in as the Leckrones stated, it looks Great to Have SONY on your Licensee List when other multi-billion dollar companies want to know who else signed.

INTEL tried to BUY PTSC for around 7Million if I remember correctly and then signed a License for 10 Million. They GOT the sweetheart deal IMO but AGAIN it sure looks Great having them on our List of Licensee's.

SGE1, I too agree with your thoughts and I'm right up there with the other posters who read Every word you post. You Make Sense with out being too Up or Too down. Feels Right to me!!
