Could someone copy/paste that part of the release? I agree the wording "stipulated judgement of non-infringement" makes no sense. Now, if it said "settlement stipulating non-infringement", that I could better understand. Also, "judgment" would have to come from the court, not some sideline effort between plaintiff and a defendant IMO. Help!
