I agree, the delay was a bit puzzling until this morning's Pacer, posted by Wolf, about TPL moving the trial date out. Someone did a very nice summation of the Pacer filing (Kiddtrader I think), and it would seem that TPL needs more time to determine total extent of damages. Just my guess.
