Ummm, let's not get carried away here...  did they keep PTSC's lights on?..  absolutely.  But Swartz litterally made tens of tens of millions from their, in comparison, meager investment.  They caused the OS count to quadruple.  They also drove the price down from $2+ to these levels thru their warrant conversion inorder to lock in profits.  They received 35 mil warrants just for agreeing to remove the toxic repricing clause that allowed them to profit so grossly & eventually would have ruined PTSC. 

I prefer,  neccessary evil... that's the most credit I will give the Giff/S&L
