What else would you tell people, if not to anticipate favorable results (victory or settlement)? That this is a high risk/reward play that has a couple of clouds over it, but even though either could rain on our parade, you, and a lot of others, perhaps, don't think they will?

I don't advocate sitting back and doing nothing, either, but what more could be done, absent some boilerplate institutional chit-chat, which can't go anywhere b/c of the clouds over our story, without going very public with our positive thoughts, which, IMO, would offend the "save face" mentaility? Not much, really.
