I have no idea what's going on behind closed doors, but apparently you do. Good for you. Spare me your condescending tone and attempt to paint me as naive or any other thing you absolutely DO NOT KNOW that I am. It's unwarranted and uncalled for. You preface your remarks with "with all due respect," and then go ahead and slime me. That is NOT due respect.

Neither was, naturally, the document sump. Our side should deal with that behind closed doors as ruthlesly as need be. But what you were talking about in prior posts was marketing/PR. And if you think that the nastiness you've been hearing from the litigation war rooms would be weighted to our side by more favorable PR for us, etc, fine. I don't think so. Not yet.

Let another story or two, via motion filings, see the light of day, however, and then maybe, MAYBE it's time to play differently in the PUBLIC eye.
