where do YOU think this is going from what you have heard?

Do you believe we will be heading to a trial? Fujitsu settled for 30 Million so quickly and yet the rest are still fighting with us.

In my opinion it must either be because of the Sheer Magnitude of the Dollar amount WE are demanding OR because the defendents do NOT believe they are Guilty of anything.

With the Markman apprearing to be heavily in our favor the defense lawyers must be advising their clients to settle.........NO?
