I don't expect the 10K review to drive TPL to announce further licenses. What's the motivation? It certainly won't affect the 10K results. What their review may do is result in a late filing, which is pretty commonplace for Patriot.

There were a couple of times when license announcements were made early in a quarter (the next quarter begins in Sept), but that practice is not the rule, at least to my recollection.
