I agree that the warrant buy-back should have zero influence on the Js/ARM, and isn't intended to be anything directed at the defendants. IMO, it is just PTSC, and PTSC alone (with S&L), doing some thoughtful posturing. At least that's what I hope to be the case! And posturing for a good reason!
