My viewpoint is why not submit the details to the shareholders. It's upfront, and would give a positive view of a BOD decision to the shareholders (seeing as everything about any details concerning anything is only discovered down the road in 10-Q's). It directly affects the shareholders and there shouldn't be anything secret about it IMO. They're the ones who issued the PR without details and I'm skewed?
