Selling?

Who in the hell is selling?  This can't be traders, so who is it?  I'm not worried at this point because the end game is still set for January, if we get that far.  I would still like to know, is this S&L or retail?  PTSC/TPL were happy to inform us that 80 some odd companies are in discussion.  We were told, by TPL, the Markman was strongly in our favor.  I wasn't expecting a landslide on signing, but what gives?  It would seem if signings were rushing in TPL would be very inclined to inform the world through PR's.  It would seem like the perfect marketing campaign to scare those infringers still sitting on the sidelines.  Just scratching my head and wondering out loud.

One other point, Mr. Turley stated in the interview yesterday that he would like for PTSC to undertake more R&D, SAY WHAT?  We had been led to believe the vision of the future was a holding company, not an R&D company.  How can new investors understand the big picture when those of us who have been here don't understand.  I know it was talked about extensively yesterday but, the more I thought about the interview the less impressed I was.  It was your standard general synopsis that every CEO gives trying to pitch their stock.  He missed a golden opportunity to really tell the story and give some insightful details.  I know some will tell me to fly a kit but, the reality is our future is a stake and several attitudes here are proving it.  I work for a successful micro-cap so we know the pressure of maintaining the S/P.  Please don't start by telling me to give mgmt time etc. etc., I will only defer you to TPL.  They haven't sat around waiting for success, their aggressively out their trying to create it.  All IMO of course.
