We are in total agreement on this. The R&D thing threw me too, and I hope he's talking about via someone like Holocom. R&D is VERY expensive, typically with no immediate customer. R&D what? Something along the lines of Ignite/Inflame (so we can try to enter THAT saturated market), remote charging, Plasma Antenna/GPR? I don't recall any company with no product saying they're going into R&D without giving a clue as to what venue/market was being targetted. Is it one of the above, or electric dog polishers?

I also agree on most of your follow-up post. Couple of things though - I'm not sure about PTSC's level of authority over Holocom (some must exist), and I believe Holocom has near 50 employees (at least 30) so I doubt they are the "missing 14". I'm open to correction on either point.
