I believe that Dr. Nick was probably not doing very much at Alliasense. TPL has a certain agenda and that is their business as long as they leave us alone. This is all I care about. They are a legal powerhouse and its nice to be friends with them and they are a great revenue stream but this was the right move for all concerned IMHO.

Buddies bring buddies on board that they can trust. This is especially true right now. IMHO, they are trying to ressurect the old PTSC as an IP force. The most confident that Jim Turley sounded the other day was with the expanding world of intellectual property. As I listened, he was firm that the future is bright.

Steps:

1. Hire qualified personnel

2. Acquire companies

3. ????
