I don't understand the point of this continuous rant on the evils of S&L.  We are all adults here and nobody entered into financing agreements or purchased this stock without thinking out the upside and downside each step of the way.  You are obviously of the opinion that The PTSC board agreed to the "toxic" financing without understanding it completely.  How do you know that exactly?  Of course it had downside at the time.  It was the only game in town as those of us following the stock that long understand. In particular, I don't get why you would continue this regurgitation AFTER a deal has been struck to get out from under the warrnt overhang.  This topic is old news and you know it.
