Pardon me, but it seems that the abilities of the CURRENT BoD membership (additions) is either unknown or suspected to be a vast improvement. Get realtime.

Your saying that the BoD is "a joke" indicates that you don't like the addition, and have zero confidence in the CEO. What has our new BoD member done to cause you to consider him "a joke"? What has Turley done to harm your investment since becoming CEO?
