Would you prefer them to sign them all now.. or a bit later.. say after the J3 settle or lose in court, and we then have all those who have not yet signed by the shorties? Signing just enough now to make sure the bills are paid... and the pps semi controlled for warrant buy back...

And IMO Alliancense doesn't do a thing without TPL's OK
