As I mentioned yesterday, IMO Alliacense USA is sandbagging and at least the last two licensees were the new Paris office getting their feet wet with a couple of smallish players.

Meanwhile, hundreds of infringers are camping on Alliacense USA's front lawn waiting for them to unlock the door to the negotiating room! LOL Fun thought though!
