I believe that is everyones frustration at the moment.  Everytime there is a conference, a buy back, a new licensure and even financial reporting. The stock just flounders.

 We have not tested the removal of a large warrant overhang being removed,  as yet, in regards to share price. That is to be all completed by  October per news release.

Your frustration is genuine!  Why does this stock not move up as its cash balance is bursting out of  its bank vault?  Totally makes little or no sense to shareholders.
