Mess in our courts is a myth. Their were only 102 patent cases tried last year. Not exactly over-whelming as some would lead to believe. Also, settlements only amounted to 1/4 0f 1% of sales.
And if you want to see the sheer hypocricy of the situation, one the largest supporters of the legislation is Microsoft the grand daddy of patent holders. Think Bill would have wanted this legislation when he was starting out.Here is a guy that is given the best of what this country has to offer, and how does he pay it back...serving in the armed services? I don't think so... he takes the side of foreign interest that want to rape our wealth of inovation and technological advances. Take the core of which has made this nation the most prosperous on earth. Is about 1/4 of 1% of your bottom line really all that important Bill.
