Good morning,
this came out on April 2nd 2007:
Official notification to shareholders of matters to be brought to a vote (Proxy)
Under "Principal shareholders" you find the following:
"The following table sets forth, as of February 28, 2007, the stock ownership of each officer and director of the Company, of all officers and directors of the Company as a group, and of each person known by the Company to be a beneficial owner of 5% or more of its Common Stock....
Lincoln Ventures, LLC
Amount & Nature of Beneficial Ownership: 32,248,173 (7)
Percent of Class: 8.52%"
(7)Includes 23,845,100 shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants. "
Please note, that Swartz is not mentioned in this list, only in the footnote as possible affiliate (btw. Lincoln = Swartz).
This means, according to the latest numbers of the 10k, Swartz won't have any warrants at the end of September, which means he only owns 8,5mio shares, IF he didn't had to sell them in the last months (I know this board does not believe and understand this, but it seems quite obvious, that Swartz had to reduce his complete ownership - one reason you could read in the last Turley interview:
NO ONE has any influence ANYMORE on Patriot.
This brings up the interesting question, who owns 8%?
Even if Swartz didn't sell and still owns his 8,5mio shares, this equals only about 2%...so who is owning up to 8% NOW?
FYI, Ken from Hawks sent me the information last week, that the proxy will not come out earlier than the latest possible date, which is the 28th of September - then we might get some information about the current ownership list.
Btw, isn't it time for another signing today?
;-))
