If Turley was speaking about public information, 8% would be about right for S&L's known holding. We will only find out if that is still applicable in the next filings. If S&L had no shares left, he wouldn't be able to say anything as it would be insider information.

Wasn't the 300 figure in reference to billion dollar companies, with the 485 being the overall number contacted?
