But wouldn't you agree that if he showed up dressed to the nines, he would give the impresion of having greater credibility? Going further, if he stepped up to the podium at the UN wearing only poke-a-dot big bagging boxers, would he more or less credibility? How 'bout wearing a thong and carrying an imbrella, wearing Bozo shoes? Get my point?
