Jimbo, I agree.  Folks seem to think mediation will conclude at the end of this week, one way or the other.  Not likely, in my view, and this just may be the beginning of the process, given the complexities of the issues and the number of parties involved.  Settlement, if we have one, may not take place until everyone is marching up the courthouse steps for the trial, or even after it starts.  Patience, grasshoppers!  JMHO
