As well What Turley noted was utter nonsense and can get him into a heck of a lot of trouble.
I can not believe that in this post_SOX era that a CEO could make those statements in a public forum
Price is based on Future, not past, earnings and as of now the probability of
future earnings is not high enough to give PTSC any valuation given that
400 million shares or so are issued, above the current book of 5 cents per share on 20 million in cash.
at 47 cents PTSC is pricing in at least 100 million in immediate future earnings implying nearly 250 million TPL licenses over the next 18-24 months. (remember we gotta pay fish off the top)
So when Turley notes that he doesn;t understand the valuation f PTSC he either needs
a quick call on valuation from the Oracle of Omaha or he is full of crap or both
Now I bought 30K more shares last week based on the fact that
the bolingers were breached on the downside and I had the first oversold condition in a long time. But either Turley knows something is up or he's kust spewing nonsenseOf course the former will be fine
until I close my position but it does scare me when a CEO feels a need to pump the stock.
Find me one source that values share price based on past earnings and I'll retract
it all but for now I am concerned
