When I was a young man, I spent lots of time on the water. we kept our boat in a small estuary in Connecticut.

For laughs one day, we made up a sign..DO NOT MOOR BOATS TO THIS SIGN..and drove a pipe into the soft mud in the narrowest part of the estuary where every boat had to pass by.

 We would sit on the shore and watch, some folks laughed, some slowed down, some circled trying to discern the true meaning.

This board lately reminds me of that practical joke. you bring a nostalgic smile to my face..TK
