Thanks for your reply. If you are correct, possibly SP would be a higher concern for the BOD and the new CFO.

I agree that his first concern is implementing his growth strategy but SP increase would provide increasing flexibility to acquire this growth strategy. Like you state, there are incredible obstacles facing PTSC.

This might be the first question to ask at SHM:
