Milestone, may I pick your brain again? It seems you attach some signifigance to the fact that it is a joint motion to expedite Shaw. Why would TPL object to it? What grounds could they possibly have to object? And wouldn't an objection possibly irritate Judge Ward? Just trying to understand why you appear to think the JOINT motion to expedite is significant.
