No maa'm, it is not out of line. The "handwringing" is suggesting it is going to result in a decision for or against a particular interest and worry about it.

It is perfectly within one's rights to call and try to inquire about any public litigation. It is largely ineffective and silly, but certainly within one's rights.

uh-oh-- what if Toshiba sent plasma tvs for the hearing rooms and restrooms and provided the entire courthouse with new laptops ! LOL
