Well 'the company' is in a much healthier position than it has ever been..
An announcement of a profitable M/A would be great.. but it will still, IMO, take a back seat to whatever J Ward decides for the awaited upon motions, and then possible MSJ pleading..
I do not want JT to rush into spending our $20 mil just to have something to say at the SHM... in fact I'd rather they wait to spend it.
