I agree.

It seems like we continue to move forward on all the major fronts...Judge Ward should rule "soon;"  potential MSJ in our favor; new BOD members with experience; better PR for when we settle the Texas case; and JT working with the BOD for M & A targets.

Of course, anything can happen, but it is tough not to be very encourged by the current state of PTSC.  IMO, the pps will be depressed until the Texas case is settled and a new biz model is clear.  The latter should happen with JT's first SHM and the former will come in due course.  Unfortunately, the legal system just won't work on my schedule.  lol

IMO, 2008 should be a very good year and well deserved by the current crop of shareholders and those yet to come.
