FWIW..I too called the resort and the woman answering the phone strongly recommended against coming down that way. I live up the coast from La Costa, so it is only a 40 minute commute (that is if the I-5 isn't backed up becasue of the fires), so I can play it by ear in the morning. Just wondering if anyone else plans on attending? GLTAL
