Should we listen to some, JT is responsible for:

• the share price continuing to be depressed....never mind a little court case going on in TX
• very little PR, in fact, so little that Warran Buffet has yet to post on Agoracom
• blown mergers...he is actually doing the proper DD some would expect and even helped put a Director on the BOD with M & A experience
• S & L shares exist...even though he closed out the warrants
• those darn buy back shares aren't helping us go "to the moon" 
• the Titanic...he forgot to put the plug in (I hate it when that happens) 
• the fires in SoCal...he drives too fast.

For my $0.02, I believe he'll do just fine.
