Did anyone specifically address a contingency plan for PTSC to move the sp up without the MMP?

I don't think any company will freely address and discuss contingency moves in the even of a negative outcome - why create any more SP instability than necessary at this time?

Regardless of who said it, significant business plans and company direction hinge on the outcome of litigation.
